Travel plans for the holidays;
Thanksgiving in West Chester with Heather, Mark, Faith, Tag, & Grace Carter (Kim’s Sister, Brother-in-law and our Nieces and Nephew), Brenda (Kim’s Mom), David and Debra Carter (Mark’s parents), Mike, Nathan-George, Katie, +3 (Mark’s Brother and five kids- sorry can’t remember them of the top of my head, I’ll update tomorrow). So needless to say a big crew! I Fry the turkey, do the stuffing and gravy and everyone chips in with sides and desserts. I love cooking the key components to the big feast, added pressure always brings out the best in me.
Christmas in Chicago, with the Polark/ Collins clan. Dinner at my parents on Christmas Eve, and lazy Christmas day on the couch. (I’m spoiled at Christmas, very light lifting from our end!)

I believe Sam and Beth have set a date for their wedding. November 14th, 2009. Let’s hold our collective breaths for no snow!
